DESCRIPTION: ZIRLITE 565 is an alcohol base, zircon modified coating. The coating is a blend of several fused refractories. ZIRLITE 565 has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. ZIRLITE 565 can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
ZIRLITE 565 should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. ZIRLITE 565 is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the ZIRLITE 565 with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
