Alcohol Base Modified Zircon/Graphite Coating

DESCRIPTION:  ZIRLITE 455 ZMG is an alcohol base modified zircon/graphite coating.  ZIRLITE 455 ZMG has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. ZIRLITE 455 ZMG can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

ZIRLITE 455 ZMG should be mixed thoroughly before use.  We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer.  ZIRLITE 455 ZMG is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the ZIRLITE 455 ZMG with isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99%) or ethanol. Caution:  Solvent is highly flammable.
