ALCOHOL BASED COATINGS: ZIRLITE 417RR
Alcohol Base Zircon Refractory Coating
DESCRIPTION: ZIRLITE 417RR is an alcohol base, zircon refractory coating. ZIRLITE 417RR has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. ZIRLITE 417RR can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
ZIRLITE 417RR should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. ZIRLITE 417RR is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the ZIRLITE 417RR with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
