DESCRIPTION:  ZIRFLOW 255RY is a zircon water based color change coating designed for iron and steel castings.  ZIRFLOW 255RY can be applied by brushing, dipping, flow coating, or spraying.  The rheological properties of ZIRFLOW 255RY contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of ZIRFLOW 255RY, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy redispersion. Color changes from red to yellow when dry but returns to red with any moisture pick up. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer's facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

ZIRFLOW 255RY should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer.  Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting.   ZIRFLOW 255RY is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. ZIRFLOW 255RY must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
