DESCRIPTION: ZIRFLOW 390 is a 3D Water Based Coating designed for 3D printing cores and mold. ZIRFLOW 390 can be applied by dipping, spraying, or flow coat. The rheological properties of ZIRFLOW 390 contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of ZIRFLOW 390, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy redispersion. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer’s facility.
