DESCRIPTION:
ZIRLITE 600 is an alcohol based zircon/carbon modified refractory coating with a harder resinbase. ZIRLITE 600 has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. ZIRLITE 600 can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
ZIRLITE 600 should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. ZIRLITE 600 is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the ZIRLITE 600 with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
