QUICK RELEASE ALUMINUM PARTING AGENT


DESCRIPTION: Quick Release Aluminum Parting Agent is a release agent that has been formulated specifically for the No-Bake Process. Quick Release Aluminum Parting Agent utilizes aluminum flake and silicone fluid to form a superior release film.

Appearance:Silver gray liquid with a solvent odor.
Specific Gravity:5.8 lbs - 6.5 lbs/gal / 0.7-0.8
Flash Point:< 20°F (Pensky-Martens)
VOC:5.4-6.0 lbs/gal

STORAGE & HANDLING:

Quick Release Aluminum Parting Agent must be mixed prior to use as it has the tendency to separate on standing. Quick Release Aluminum Parting Agent can be brushed or sprayed lightly onto tooling. Quick Release Aluminum Parting Agent should be stored at room temperature in an area approved for flammable storage.
