DESCRIPTION: PYROTECH 360 is a water based high refractory modified coating designed for iron castings. PYROTECH 360 can be applied by dipping the cores. The rheological properties of PYROTECH 360 will improve workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of PYROTECH 360, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy redispersion. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer’s facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

PYROTECH 360 should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting. PYROTECH 360 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. PYROTECH 360 must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
