FUSED Silica Alcohol Based Coating

DESCRIPTION: PYROLITE 360R is a fused silica alcohol based refractory coating. PYROLITE 360R has been formulated to reduce metal penetration and sand burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. This coating is supplied at the requested Baume`.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

PYROLITE 360R should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. PYROLITE 360R is shipped as a premix coating ready for use. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the PYROLITE 360R with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
