High Refractory Alcohol Based Coating

DESCRIPTION: OLIVINE LITE 100 is an alcohol based olivine refractory coating. OLIVINE LITE 100 has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and sand burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned low to high manganese steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. OLIVINE LITE 100 can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

OLIVINE LITE 100 should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. OLIVINE LITE 100 is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the OLIVINE LITE 100 with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
