Alcohol Based Graphite Refractory Coating
DESCRIPTION: GRAPHLITE 342 is a graphite refractory coating designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications. GRAPHLITE 342 can be applied by brushing, dipping, spraying or flow coating. The rheological properties of GRAPHLITE 342 contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of GRAPHLITE 342, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy re-dispersion. The coating is designed to be reduced with Isopropyl alcohol at the customer’s facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
GRAPHLITE 342 should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). GRAPHLITE 342 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. GRAPH- LITE 342 must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
