DESCRIPTION:  GRAPHLITE 300 is a graphite refractory coating designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications.  GRAPHLITE 300 can be applied by brushing, dipping, or spraying.  The rheological properties of GRAPHLITE 300 contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of GRAPHLITE 300, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy re-dispersion.  The coating is designed to be reduced with Isopropyl alcohol at the customer’s facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

GRAPHLITE 300 should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer.  Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting. GRAPHLITE 300 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. GRAPH- LITE 300 must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
