Description: Foam Kote 7600 is a low cost, a high perm, and a high insulating refractory coating designed for Lost Foam iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a slurry form. Foam Kote 7600 is made from a blend of special refractories, which reduces sand penetration, reduces porosity, and reduces carbon defects. This coating is designed to be reduced with water to the desired viscosity at the customer's facility. Foam Kote 7600 has excellent suspension properties, requires less maintenance, and has excellent bacteria control.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Foam Kote 7600 should be mixed with a pneumatic or electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting. Foam Kote 7600 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application.
