Description: FCI 8025 PLA 3D COATING is a medium cost, high insulating refractory coating with zirconia designed for casting aluminum, bronze and iron castings. The coating is supplied in a slurry form. FCI 8025 PLA 3D COATING is made from a blend of special refractories and zirconia refractory, which reduces sand penetration, reduces porosity, and reduces carbon defects. This coating is designed to be reduced with water to the desired viscosity at the customer’s facility. FCI 8025 PLA 3D COATING has excellent suspension properties, requires less maintenance, and has excellent bacteria control.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
FCI 8025 PLA 3D COATING should be mixed with a pneumatic or electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting. FCI 8025 PLA 3D COATING is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application.
