FCI 500A 3D ALUMINUM COATING

DESCRIPTION: FCI 500A 3D ALUMINUM COATING is a high insulating refractory water based coating designed for 3D aluminum castings. FCI 500A 3D ALUMINUM COATING can be applied by brushing, dipping, flow coating, or spraying. The rheological properties of FCI 500A 3D ALUMINUM COATING contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of FCI 500A 3D ALUMINUM COATING, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy redispersion. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer’s facility.
