TROUGH KOTE 100
Water Based Carbon Refractory Coating

DESCRIPTION: HI TEMP PERM CAST 100 is a blend of refractories designed for coating molten aluminum and copper alloy accessories. The coating which is in a slurry form can be applied by brushing or spraying. HI TEMP PERM CAST 100 will prevent burnon with consistent use and will extend the life of all aluminum and brass accessories. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer’s facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

TROUGH KOTE 100 should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting. TROUGH KOTE 100 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. TROUGH KOTE 100 must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
