PYROTECH 275
Water Based High Refractory Modified Coating

DESCRIPTION: Pyrotech 275 is high refractory modified water based coating. Pyrotech 275 has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. This coating is supplied in a heavy slur form. Pyrotech 275 can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Protech 275 should be mixed with a pneumatic or and electric mixer. Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting with water. Pyrotech 275 is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. Pyrotech 275 must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
