DESCRIPTION: PYROLITE 100 is an alcohol based high refractory coating modified with red iron oxide. PYROLITE 100 has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and sand burnon defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and non-ferrous castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. PYROLITE 100 can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
PYROLITE 100 should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. PYROLITE 100 is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the PYROLITE 100 with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
