SAND COATINGS - GRAPH KOTE 1900
Water Based Carbon Refractory Coating

DESCRIPTION: GRAPH KOTE 1900 is a low cost carbon refractory coating designed to coat either shell or urethane cold box cores for the ductile iron pipe industry. GRAPH KOTE 1900 can be applied by brushing, dipping, or spraying. The rheological properties of GRAPH KOTE 1900 contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of GRAPH KOTE 1900, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy re-dispersion. The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer’s facility if needed.
