ZIRFLOW 255MB
Water Based Zircon Coating

DESCRIPTION:  ZIRFLOW 255MB is a zircon water based coating designed for iron and steel castings.  ZIRFLOW 255MB can be applied by brushing, dipping, flow coating, or spraying.  The rheological properties of ZIRFLOW 255MB contribute to improved workability and consistency, thus providing improved surface finish and casting quality. Because of the excellent suspension of ZIRFLOW 255MB, minimal settling occurs which allows for easy redispersion.  The coating is designed to be reduced with water at the customer's facility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

ZIRFLOW 255MB should be mixed with a pneumatic or an electric mixer.  Material must be mixed thoroughly in its container before diluting.   ZIRFLOW 255MB is designed to be diluted by the customer to its proper specification according to the application. ZIRFLOW 255MB must be torch or oven dried prior to casting.
